Rum Old Fashioned
Ingredients
- 50 ml Aged Kohinoor Rum
- 1 tsp Sugar Syrup
- Few dashes Bitters
Method
Stir all ingredients with ice. Serve over a large ice cube.
Long Island Iced Tea
Spirits: Kohinoor Rum + Jaisalmer Gin + Vodka + Tequila
Ingredients
- 15 ml Kohinoor Rum
- 15 ml Jaisalmer Gin
- 15 ml Vodka
- 15 ml Tequila
- 15 ml Triple Sec
- 25 ml Lemon Juice
- Cola
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add all spirits and lemon juice. Top with cola and stir gently.
Rum Manhattan
Spirits: Kohinoor Rum + Rampur Whiskey

- 25 ml Rampur
- 25 ml Sweet Vermouth
- Bitters

Method
Stir all ingredients with ice until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass.

Method

Method
Steep saffron in warm sugar syrup for 3–5 minutes, add rum and lime, shake with ice and strain.

Method
