Rum Old Fashioned
Spirits: Kohinoor Dark Rum
Ingredients
- 60 ml Kohinoor Dark Rum
- 10 ml Sugar Syrup
- 2–3 dashes Bitters
Method
Stir all ingredients with ice until chilled. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
Caribbean Black Iced Tea
Spirits: Kohinoor Dark Rum + Brandy + Tequila + Orange Liqueur + Peach Liqueur
Ingredients
- 15 ml Kohinoor Dark Rum
- 15 ml Brandy
- 15 ml Tequila
- 15 ml Orange Liqueur
- 15 ml Peach Liqueur
- 25 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15 ml Sugar Syrup
- Cola to top
Method
Build over ice in a highball glass. Add all spirits, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Top with cola and stir gently.
Rum Manhattan
Spirits: Kohinoor Dark Rum + Rampur Single Malt Whiskey
Ingredients
- 40 ml Kohinoor Dark Rum
- 20 ml Rampur Single Malt Whiskey
- 25 ml Sweet Vermouth
- 2 dashes Bitters
Method
Stir with ice until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Planter’s Punch
Spirits: Kohinoor Dark Rum
Ingredients
- 60 ml Kohinoor Dark Rum
- 30 ml Fresh Orange Juice
- 30 ml Pineapple Juice
- 15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 10 ml Grenadine
Method
Shake with ice and strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
Royal Bermuda
Spirits: Kohinoor Dark Rum
Ingredients
- 60 ml Kohinoor Dark Rum
- 25 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 15 ml Sugar Syrup
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Aam Rum Cooler
Spirits: Kohinoor Dark Rum
Ingredients
- 45 ml Kohinoor Dark Rum
- 40 ml Fresh Mango Pulp
- 20 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 60 ml Soda Water
Method
Shake rum, mango pulp and lime with ice. Strain into a tall glass with ice and top with soda.
Jaggery Old Fashioned
Spirits: Kohinoor Dark Rum
Ingredients
- 60 ml Kohinoor Dark Rum
- 10 ml Jaggery Syrup
- 2–3 dashes Bitters
Method
Stir with ice and strain over a large ice cube.
Cardamom Citrus Toddy

- 50 ml Kohinoor Dark Rum
- 90 ml Hot Water
- 15 ml Honey
- 2–3 Crushed Cardamom Pods

Method
Combine in a heat-safe mug, stir well and serve warm.
Saffron Rum
Spirits: Kohinoor Dark Rum
Ingredients
- 50 ml Kohinoor Dark Rum
- 15 ml Warm Sugar Syrup
- 25 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 8–10 Saffron Strands
Method
Steep saffron in warm syrup, add rum and lime, shake with ice and strain.
Gulkand Rum Fizz
Spirits: Kohinoor Dark Rum
Ingredients
- 45 ml Kohinoor Dark Rum
- 20 ml Gulkand Syrup
- 20 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 60 ml Soda Water
Method
Shake rum, gulkand and lime with ice. Strain into a tall glass and top with soda.

Method

Dark Roast Rum
Spirits: Kohinoor Dark Rum
Ingredients
- 45 ml Kohinoor Dark Rum
- 60 ml Cold Brew Coffee
- 5–10 ml Sugar Syrup (optional)
Method
Build over ice in a rocks glass and stir gently.
